Maintenance Technician

Responsible for general appearance and maintenance of the physical property and ensures effective operations on a day-to-day basis. This could entail heating, plumbing, appliance repair, re-keying locks, carpentry, air conditioning, and preventive maintenance. This position may require living on-site. Previous experience, training, or mechanical aptitude is required.

Leasing Agent

Responsible for showing and leasing apartments, answering phone, renewing leases, and assisting the On-site Manager with daily projects. Previous sales and office experience may be required.

Community Custodian

Responsible for cleaning the common areas and grounds, and cleaning apartments when vacated. This position may require living on-site. Previous experience is preferred.

Resident Manager 

Responsible for managing and supervising all employees within a property. Oversees the physical and financial operations of the complex, prepares and implements the budget, and markets plans for the property. This position may require living on-site. Previous management experience and training are required.
